Selena Gomez: Big Apple Babe

Enjoying some time in New York City, Selena Gomez was spotted listening to her iPod as she strolled around Manhattan yesterday afternoon (August 2).

The “Wizards of Waverly Place” hottie looked lovely as she passed by the paparazzi, sporting a white top with a white cardigan, light wash jeans, and tan UGG boots.

And it looks like Miss Gomez has become a big fan of the up-and-coming band Parachute, as she wrote the lyrics to their song “She is Love” on her Twitter page.

Selena tweeted, “Amazing song. Still my obsession. I’m calling it my NY song. Can’t wait to see my [Wizards of Waverly Place] cast,” adding, “Well I had my ways, they were all in vain but she waited patiently.. It was all the same, all my pride and shame but she put me on my feet.”
