Bandslam, pan optic- sure to win over audiences

Bandslam, the name itself striking a chord is a plot about a teen rock band. So-called glimpse of Slam Dunk , its better because it has to do something with a rock band. With its origins in the High School Musical Genre, its a story about a teenager (Will), obsessed with music and his struggle to guide a group through Bandslam , a battle of the bands.

A movie about music, high school, teenagers, iniquity and fitting-in, is something which depicts the tough walk of the band lead by Will to making leaps and bounds of improvement and later on being christened as “I Can’t Go On, I’ll Go On.” The other interesting fact is showcased as Will falling for Sa5m and the story depicting their cute teenager love arena.

The all-new enticing real life musician and singers cast adding more reality and authenticity to the story-line, consists of; Vanessa Hudgens (Sa5m) , Gaelan Connell (Will), Scott Porter (Ben Wheatly), Aly Michalka (Charlotte), Charlie Saxton (Bug), Ryan Donowho (Basher) and Lisa Kudrow (Karen), simply putting the cast is all in all a group of well crafted artists.

The Bottom Line : Rated PG for thematics and mild language , its a movie which does not require much intelligence from the spectator side. Bringing together a new cast , which has moreover done a great job ruling out the absence of being much experienced. It’s fun to watch and you wont feel robbed of time when coming out of the theatre.
